Ordering:
Please fill out the domain order form to purchase one hosting plan. As soon as we receive your mail, we will reply back within 1-2 business days. To speed up the process & if you are ordering a paid package, send payment via Paypal to paypal[at]fadingkiss.com as soon as you order. Please do not take longer than one week to pay. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly, however, a domain is included ONLY with plans paid yearly.

Payment:
We accept payments through Paypal only. Our paypal ID is paypal[at]fadingkiss.com. You can send payments at anytime before the expiration date of your domain hosting plan. Fadingkiss will send you an email if your plan is about to expire within 2 weeks. If you are not able to pay your bill the day after it expires, your account will be suspended. But if 10 days passed and you still haven’t pay your bill, your account will be terminated without prior notice.

Site Content:
No adult sites. No stolen copyrighted material. No hate sites & racist sites!

Back ups:
You must backup your own files. Fadingkiss is not responsible for any loss. Do not blame Fadingkiss if you experience loss of data or files. It is important to have a regular backup of your files. If Fadingkiss will be undergoing maintenance, we will remind you to backup your files.

Domain transfers:
If you would like your domain in your possession, after 60 days Fadingkiss will be happy to transfer the domain over to you. However, transfer costs will be covered by the client, not by Fadingkiss Hosting.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with Fadingkiss’ service, kindly contact us at admin[AT]fadingkiss[DOT]com and tell us as soon as possible. We will do something immediately to fix the problem. If there is, for some reason, a problem that is out of our hands or cannot be fixed, a refund can be requested and will be granted.

Subdomain Hosting Rules:
Update your site at least once a month. Please notify Fadingkiss if you go on haitus/take a vacation/need a break. If not, your account might be suspended due to no activity. NO sTiCkY cApS!! Do not upload large images and videos. Upload them to image/video hosting sites.

Unmetered /Unlimited Space:
We would like to clarify that there is no such thing as unlimited. Offering unlimited disk space means that Fadingkiss does not keep track of how much disk space and bandwidth you are using. You are allowed to use as much disk space and bandwidth as you want as long as you are not causing server crashes. We will send out you warning if you are using way too much.
